Terms of Service
These Terms apply to the SimFalcon website, quote tools and managed IoT SIM/connectivity services. By ordering or using a SimFalcon service, you agree to these Terms together with any written service order or quotation.
Website use
- You agree not to misuse the website (e.g. attempt to hack, scrape aggressively, or disrupt service).
- We may block abusive traffic to protect the service.
Quotes
- Published Tariff v1 prices apply to standard plans. Bespoke, 500+ SIM and separately negotiated quotations are confirmed in writing.
- The correct published plan depends on device type and expected voice, SMS or data usage; multi-network connectivity is standard on published plans.
Liability
The site and information are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use.
Intellectual property
Website content and branding are owned by SimFalcon or licensed to us and may not be copied without permission.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.

Managed SIM service and Tariff v1
Contracting entity: SimFalcon is a trading name of Lynsco Group Ltd, Company No. 570133.
- Published prices are per SIM per month and billed annually unless a separate written business agreement says otherwise.
- UK published prices have no VAT.
- Managed multi-network connectivity is standard on the published Tariff v1 plans, subject to partner-network coverage, device capability and service configuration.
- Gate/Intercom plans include the local geographic customer-facing number service. It is a number-routing service, not a physical fixed line.
- Standard volume discounts are: 1–4 list price; 5–24 10% off; 25–99 15% off; 100–499 20% off; 500+ by commercial contract.
- There are no introductory first-year tariff increases in Tariff v1. Existing contracted customers and still-valid written quotations remain governed by their agreed price until changed in accordance with that agreement.
- If actual usage requires a different allowance, SimFalcon will move or quote the appropriate published tier. No undisclosed overage rate will be charged.
