SimFalcon Multi-network IoT connectivity
Multi-network gate, intercom and access-control SIMs

Multi-network underneath. Local number on top.

SimFalcon provides managed multi-network IoT connectivity as standard for GSM gate openers, intercoms, barriers and remote access systems. For suitable installations, we can also provide a local geographic customer-facing number that is separate from the underlying SIM mobile number.

Why gates and intercoms benefit from managed multi-network IoT

Gate and intercom SIMs are often left unattended in pillars, cabinets and remote entrances. Multi-network connectivity can help reduce dependence on one mobile operator, while a managed IoT service avoids the normal consumer PAYG routine.

1

Multi-network resilience

The SIM can use supported partner networks, subject to coverage, device capability and service configuration. It is not a signal booster, but it reduces reliance on one operator.

2

Cleaner installer handover

A local geographic customer-facing number can be easier for the customer to recognise and use than the underlying mobile SIM number.

3

Managed IoT support

SimFalcon supports the SIM activation, connectivity and APN side of the service, while device installation and programming remain with the installer unless agreed separately.

Ordinary mobile SIM vs SimFalcon gate service

The difference is not just the SIM card. SimFalcon combines managed multi-network IoT connectivity with a local geographic number included on Gate/Intercom plans for suitable gates and intercoms.

Ordinary consumer SIM

  • Designed for phones, not unattended gate controllers
  • Can create avoidable installer call-outs
  • Customer may buy the wrong SIM or forget to activate it
  • Support teams often do not understand gate/intercom use

SimFalcon gate service

  • Managed multi-network IoT connectivity as standard
  • Local geographic customer-facing number available for suitable gate/intercom setups
  • Monthly equivalent shown for comparison, billed annually after confirmation
  • Installer-friendly setup for gates, intercoms and access-control systems

Need a multi-network gate SIM with a local geographic number?

Ask the SimFalcon Assistant and it will confirm the correct multi-network plan, whether the local-number setup is suitable, and the billing route.

FAQ

Quick answers for installers and gate owners.

Will this work in my GSM gate opener?

In most cases, yes. Ask the SimFalcon Assistant and include the controller or intercom model if you know it; the fallback quote form remains available. We can then guide you toward the right type of SIM setup.

Is this for installers or direct customers?

Both. Installers can use it for repeat jobs and direct customers can use it when they simply need a reliable SIM for their own gate or intercom.

Why not just use a normal phone SIM?

Consumer SIMs are designed around phone-style use. SimFalcon provides managed multi-network IoT connectivity for unattended equipment, helping reduce dependence on one operator and avoiding the ordinary PAYG top-up routine.

What is the local geographic number?

For suitable gates and GSM intercoms, SimFalcon can provide a local geographic customer-facing number that is separate from the underlying SIM mobile number. It is a numbering service and does not mean a physical fixed line is installed.

Does multi-network mean the device always uses the strongest signal?

No. Multi-network gives access to supported partner networks, but network selection still depends on the device, service configuration, coverage and operator policies. It is not a signal booster.

How fast is the quote?

The SimFalcon Assistant is designed to qualify the job quickly. It asks the key questions first: use case, quantity, country, expected usage and whether a suitable gate/intercom needs a local geographic customer-facing number. Where a price is shown, the monthly equivalent is displayed for comparison and the service is billed annually once confirmed.

Gate Access

£5.99/month, billed annually, no VAT. Managed multi-network connectivity is standard. The local geographic customer-facing number is included on Gate/Intercom plans; Gate/Intercom Light is £8.99/month.
